A Steady Pace

The heat returned last Saturday during my 15th race, the Lyndsey and Kyle 5K, and caused me to lose ground from the previous week.  I ran a 21:51 and finished 2nd in my age group (35-39).  I realized I  need to try some new pre-race training methods to help lower my times, however.  I keep hovering in the 21 to 23 minute range and have some work to do to try to get to my 20 minute goal.
